Very kindly staff, perfect location in the centre of city!

The condition of rooms could be better, needs to be made cosmetic repair!

Amazing stay. Views can not be better. Nice terrace bar. Incredible breakfast. Internal decoration feels incredibly cosy. Staff very helpful and nice.

Location and decor

The room is not cleaned unless requested by the guest. The windows don't close properly and don't block out the sounds of cars at night. There is no drinking water or minibar in the room. You have to ask the reception to send coffee and tea to your room because the phone doesn't work (no privacy). The breakfast is very limited and not a buffet. However, the price is high.

It is very pretty in the Ottoman style, great location, awesome breakfast—best ever!

The hotel is located in the centre of Adana, just 15minutes walking from the Havas bus stop, next to the Stone bridge. Also, very close to the mosque and 15minutes from the old bazaar. The hotel is in the traditional old building with the top roof bar. The hotel is full of antique – very impressive! The room is big and furnished with the good taste with the comfortable bed and seating area. The breakfast was great and delicious serve in the beautiful porcelain. The interior of hotel is just superb!The staff are professional and helpful. After check-out, I could leave my luggage in the reception area as my departure was in the evening.

My room was not cleaned

Very original decoration, it looks like a museum, the rooms and bathrooms are modern and comfortable, good quality forniture and finishing. Breakfast excellent.

The rooms on the street side must be noisy, the air feels polluted because of the traffic, it this must be a common problem across the city

Historical building in the city center with a nice terrace and lots of antiques. Breakfast is also fantastic.

Showers should be repaired - one door was missing and its drain didn’t work properly.The windows didn’t close properly and lot of noise therefore came from outside. Sound isolation is generally bad in the building.

Great location near the Taşköprü and Sabanci Merkez Cami. (The rooftop terrace afforded the best views.) Wonderful breakfast; attentive staff. Comfy beds, good shower with lots of water pressure. Plenty of electrical outlets in tbe room. The hotel is filled with art and antique items, all of which are for sale. The building has been wonderfully restored.

Shower pan drained slowly. Wifi signal was terrible, despite the router being just outside our room. Refrigerator did not work properly.

Best breakfast (kahvalti) I've had in Turkey. Classic hotel and furnishings. Did not have to pay until checkout.

Receptionist somewhat short on social graces. No tea or coffee service in room.

I can say it is the best boutique hotel. It has a very good location. Every detail has been thought out to the smallest detail. The management and the restaurant staff were very friendly and understanding for parents with an active child like us. We were not disappointed. The rooms were very large and spacious. We were victimized by Booking.com regarding the refund of a night we did not stay, but the hotel had nothing to do with it. Thank you very much for everything. The breakfast was very good.

They had music nights on the two nights we stayed.The music was very load bouncing through the room and did not finish until 23.30 and midnight.Not sure how often the hotel hosts these nights, but our advise is stay elsewhere if you want some sleep.

Ecxellent ambiance, 140 years old wooden mansion, rooms are clean, comfortable and well decorated in a harmonious manner of the mansion. Hotel staff are very kind and helpful. Extraordinary breakfast.

TV was not working. The room window overlooks a motor repair shop.

Everything else is a disappointment. The shower in my room (102) was no clean at all, it was full of mold. They also didn’t clean the room at all during my stay.The first night of the stay, there was a concert on the roof top. Even though the reception told us it will end at 11pm, we heard the music and people coming back and forth through the stairs until 1am.We also had issues with the lights in our room. The reception told us 3 times that they will come and never came.For this boutique hotel and the price they charge, this is a 0/10.I also ordered kombucha and they brought the wrong order to tell me at the end they don’t know what it is even though it’s on the mini bar menu.

This hotel is in a beautiful building that is well preserved and decorated accordingly, like a trip back in time. The location is fantastic, allowing us to walk to all major sites in the city. The breakfast was also great.

The WiFi is not reliable.Also we were not informed that coffee at breakfast was extra charge, and were surprised when we had to pay an exorbitant amount for it upon checkout. Great breakfast but don’t get a coffee.

Amazing old Ottoman mansion turned into a boutique hotel. Historic interior details and antiques. Large room. Wonderful roof terrace with a very good view (also to the Roman bridge nearby). A good place to relax with a çay or cocktail. Service minded, helpful staff. Most of those I met was English speaking. Really good breakfast. Perfect location with everything I wanted to explore in walking distance.

A very well preserved historical building with plenty of interesting features throughout.There is a very nice rooftop bar.The staff are very helpful.
